Heather joined the Polikov Recruitment Solutions team in the beginning of 2018.  She comes from an insurance family and joined the insurance industry herself right out of high school.  While earning her Human Resource Management degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, she acquired an AIS (Associate of Insurance Services) designation and worked in various marketing and underwriting support roles.

Heather brings a unique background and 20 years’ experience in human resources, recruiting and commercial property & casualty insurance.  She assists each of our recruiters in their efforts to identify and connect with top talent within the insurance industry while managing our social media presence and maintaining our database.

Heather also serves on the board of the Greater Atlanta Modern Quilt Guild and can usually be found at her sewing machine creating custom memory quilts.  When she isn’t quilting or knitting, Heather and her husband, Mike, enjoy cheering on their 2 teenaged sons at the lacrosse field.
